Research

Original research, sourced publicly, dated on arrival.

There is no client dataset to publish yet, and this site says so elsewhere on purpose. That does not rule out original research — it rules out pretending to have data we do not. What is here is verifiable from public sources: what other people's own documentation says, not what we measured.

The Vendor Definition Audit

How ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber and other platforms this industry runs on define "booking rate" and "conversion rate" in their own public documentation — and where they simply do not say.

More studies land here as they clear the same bar: original, publicly verifiable, and useful to someone running the phones — not a template repeated with a new title.

What belongs here and what does not

A page qualifies for this section if it can be checked by a reader with no access to DialWorth's own systems — a citation, a public documentation page, an access date. A worked example built to illustrate a formula belongs on the benchmarks page or in the estimator instead, and is always labelled illustrative there. The two are never presented as the same kind of claim.
